Starting a Soft Swim® or Biguanide pool in the Spring

Before Adding BioGuard® Soft Swim® B, test the pool water after the filter has circulated for about 12 to 24 hours.

ALL POOLS:
Remove All Leaves & Debris from Cover before Removing Cover
Bring Water Level up to Normal operating level
Vacuum pool of all dirt & debris
Clean Liner with Off the Wall or Surface Cleaner
Clean Filter with Kleen It or SoftSwim
® Filter Cleaner
Clean ladder treads and Winter Cover with Stow Away Cover Cleaner
Allow opening chemicals to circulate for 24 - 36 hours
Let water Filter 1 day before bringing in Opening water sample for Testing & Analysis
Adjust pH, Total Alkalinity & Calcium Hardness as needed

Don't Forget the FREE Computerized Testing & Analysis!

NEVER DRAIN your pool.  The liner will shrink, voiding the warranty and could cause damage to your pool.  In gunite, plaster, or even fiberglass pools removal of the water from the pool could result in the pool structure "floating" and causing serious damage to the structure.
