
Maintaining Your Pool using PristineBlue.
Every 2 weeks:
- Test and adjust pH (7.2 to 7.6), Total Alkalinity (30 to
90 ppm), and Calcium Hardness (175 to 275 ppm) as necessary.
- Test Pristine Blue level. Top as needed according to
the chart below.
- Shock with 1 (one) pound Pristine Power per 10,000
gallons of pool water to oxidize unfilterable swimmer waste such as suntan
lotions, greases & oils. This considers light to moderate bather loads. Heavy
loads or parties should consider shocking weekly.
- Add 2 oz. of Pristine Clean per 10,000 gallons of water.
- Add 2 oz. of Pristine Clear per 10,000 gallons of water.

to 2 lbs. Pristine Extra per 10,000 gallons pool water.
Important Note: DO NOT ADD PRISTINE BLUE MORE OFTEN
THAN ONCE EVERY 2 WEEKS. Be sure to measure accurately with the measuring cup
that came with your Pristine Blue start up kit. Overdosing with Pristine Blue
may cause cloudiness or staining of pool surfaces.
